数日間でも、イベントをつくる大切な一員です。 2026年10月18日（日）、オルビスホール（六甲アイランド）で開催する「TEDxKobe 2026: Brick by Brick」を、私たちと一緒につくりませんか。 受付・誘導、会場づくり、リハーサル運営など、イベントの舞台裏を支える短期ボランティアスタッフを募集します。TED／TEDxを初めて知った方も歓迎します。まずはオンライン説明会にご参加ください。説明会はZoomで行い、質疑応答を含めて約30分です。
  • 説明会はオンライン（Zoom）で実施します。
  • 説明会後にお送りするアンケートへの回答をもって、正式エントリーとなります。

イベント本番は2026年10月18日（日）です。

8月23日（日）の2か月前リハーサル、または9月20日（日）の1か月前リハーサルのいずれかに参加し、10月17日（土）の前日準備と10月18日（日）の本番を中心に活動します。10月17日・18日は、原則として終日参加をお願いします。

本活動は無償のボランティアです。交通費・宿泊費の支給はありません。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意が必要です。 説明会からリハーサル、イベント当日まで精力的に活動いただいた方には、敬意を込めてTEDxKobeオリジナルTシャツをプレゼントします。

  • 来場者誘導・受付

  • 案内表示や展示物の設置

  • 撤収・片付け・清掃など、イベントの舞台裏を支える活動が中心です。
担当は、イベント全体の配置と、ご本人の希望・適性を踏まえて決定します。ご希望どおりにならない場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

  • ボランティアやコミュニティ活動に興味のある方
  • 周囲と協力し、責任感・情熱を持って誠実に活動できる方
  • 指定日に会場へ来ることができ、日本語での安全確認・指示共有・話し合いが可能な方
  • 10歳以上の方（18歳未満は保護者の同意が必要です）
  • 国籍・居住地域・TEDxでの活動経験は問いません

オンライン説明会日程

Zoomで実施し、説明と質疑応答を含めて約20〜30分です。参加可能な日時を複数選んでお申し込みください。どの日時も難しい場合は、申込フォームの自由記述欄で希望日時をお知らせください。

Short-Term Volunteer Staff Wanted

Even if you can join us for only a few days, you will be an important part of creating the event. Would you like to help us create “TEDxKobe 2026: Brick by Brick,” taking place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Orbis Hall on Rokko Island? We are recruiting short-term volunteer staff to support the event behind the scenes, including guest reception and guidance, venue setup, and rehearsal operations. No previous knowledge or experience with TED or TEDx is required. If you are interested, please start by joining one of our online information sessions. Sessions will be held via Zoom and will take approximately 30 minutes, including Q&A.
  • Information sessions will be held online via Zoom.
  • Your registration will be considered complete after you submit the questionnaire sent to you following the information session.

The main event will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Volunteers are expected to participate in either the two-month-prior rehearsal on Sunday, August 23, or the one-month-prior rehearsal on Sunday, September 20, as well as preparations on Saturday, October 17, and the main event on Sunday, October 18. In principle, volunteers are expected to be available for the full day on both October 17 and 18.

This is an unpaid volunteer position. Transportation and accommodation expenses will not be provided. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent. As a token of our appreciation, volunteers who actively participate throughout the process—from the information session and rehearsals through the event itself—will receive a TEDxKobe original T-shirt.

About the Short-Term Volunteer Staff Program

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming, guiding, and checking in attendees
  • Setting up the reception area
  • Installing signs, displays, and other venue materials
  • Assisting with rehearsal operations
  • Providing language support
  • Assisting with teardown, cleanup, and other behind-the-scenes event operations
Volunteer assignments will be determined based on the overall needs of the event, as well as each volunteer’s preferences and suitability. Please note that we may not always be able to assign you to your preferred role.  

Who We Are Looking For

  • People who are interested in helping spread ideas worth sharing from Kobe
  • People who are interested in volunteering and community activities
  • People who can work cooperatively with others and participate responsibly, enthusiastically, and sincerely
  • People who can attend the venue on the designated dates and communicate in Japanese for safety instructions, operational directions, and team discussions
  • People aged 10 or older (volunteers under 18 require parental or guardian consent)
  • There are no restrictions regarding nationality, place of residence, or previous TEDx experience

Online Information Session Schedule

Sessions will be held via Zoom and will take approximately 20–30 minutes, including an introduction and Q&A. Please select multiple dates and times that you are available when submitting your application.
