数日間でも、イベントをつくる大切な一員です。
2026年10月18日（日）、オルビスホール（六甲アイランド）で開催する「TEDxKobe 2026: Brick by Brick」を、私たちと一緒につくりませんか。
受付・誘導、会場づくり、リハーサル運営など、イベントの舞台裏を支える短期ボランティアスタッフを募集します。TED／TEDxを初めて知った方も歓迎します。まずはオンライン説明会にご参加ください。説明会はZoomで行い、質疑応答を含めて約30分です。
- 説明会はオンライン（Zoom）で実施します。
- 説明会後にお送りするアンケートへの回答をもって、正式エントリーとなります。

イベント本番は2026年10月18日（日）です。 8月23日（日）の2か月前リハーサル、または9月20日（日）の1か月前リハーサルのいずれかに参加し、10月17日（土）の前日準備と10月18日（日）の本番を中心に活動します。10月17日・18日は、原則として終日参加をお願いします。各日程の参加可否は申込時に確認します。 本活動は無償のボランティアです。交通費・宿泊費の支給はありません。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意が必要です。 説明会からリハーサル、イベント当日まで精力的に活動いただいた方には、敬意を込めてTEDxKobeオリジナルTシャツをプレゼントします。 |

短期ボランティアスタッフ概要
主な活動内容
来場者誘導・受付、会場設営、案内表示や展示物の設置、リハーサル運営の補助、Speaker’s Cafe・パートナーブースの補助、撤収・片付け・清掃など、イベントの舞台裏を支える活動が中心です。
担当は、イベント全体の配置と、ご本人の希望・適性を踏まえて決定します。ご希望どおりにならない場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

TEDxKobe 2026に向けた現地事前ミーティング・リハーサル、イベント準備・本番を下記の日程で行います。原則として、現地事前ミーティング❶❷のいずれかに加え、イベント前日と当日の参加をお願いします。個別のご都合については、オンライン説明会でご相談ください。

オンライン説明会日程
全回Zoomで実施し、説明と質疑応答を含めて約30分です。参加可能な日時を複数選んでお申し込みください。どの日時も難しい場合は、申込フォームの自由記述欄で希望日時をお知らせください。

Short-Term Volunteer Staff Recruitment
Even if you can only join us for a few days, you will be an important part of bringing this event to life.
Would you like to join us in creating “TEDxKobe 2026: Brick by Brick,” taking place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Orbis Hall on Rokko Island?
We are looking for short-term volunteers to support the event behind the scenes through guest reception and guidance, venue setup, rehearsal assistance, and other activities. Those who are new to TED and TEDx are also welcome. Please begin by attending one of our online information sessions. Each session will be held via Zoom and will last approximately 30 minutes, including a Q&A.
- All information sessions will be held online via Zoom.
- Your formal application will be completed by submitting the questionnaire sent to you after the information session.

The main event will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Volunteers are expected to attend either the rehearsal on Sunday, August 23, two months before the event, or the rehearsal on Sunday, September 20, one month before the event. Activities will focus primarily on event preparation on Saturday, October 17, and the main event on Sunday, October 18. As a general rule, volunteers are expected to participate for the entire day on both October 17 and 18. Your availability for each date will be confirmed during the application process. This is an unpaid volunteer activity. Transportation and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed. Volunteers under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian. In appreciation of their commitment, volunteers who actively participate from the information session through the rehearsals and event day will receive an original TEDxKobe T-shirt. |

Short-Term Volunteer Staff Overview
Main Activities
Volunteers will primarily support the event behind the scenes. Activities may include guest reception and guidance, venue setup, installing signs and exhibits, assisting with rehearsal operations, supporting the Speaker’s Cafe and partner booths, dismantling displays, tidying up, and cleaning.
Roles will be assigned based on the event’s overall staffing needs, as well as each volunteer’s preferences and suitability. Please understand that we may not always be able to assign your preferred role.
Activity Schedule
On-site pre-event meetings, rehearsals, event preparation, and the main event will take place on the dates below. As a general rule, volunteers are expected to attend either on-site pre-event meeting ❶ or ❷, as well as the day before the event and the main event day. If you have individual scheduling concerns, please discuss them with us during the online information session.

Who We Are Looking For
- People interested in helping spread ideas worth sharing from Kobe
- People interested in volunteering and community activities
- People who can collaborate with others and carry out their responsibilities with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment
- People who can attend the venue on the designated dates and communicate in Japanese regarding safety checks, instructions, and discussions
- People aged 10 or older（those under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian）
- There are no restrictions based on nationality, place of residence, or previous TEDx experience

Online Information Session Schedule
All sessions will be held via Zoom and will last approximately 30 minutes, including an introduction and Q&A. When registering, please select all dates and times you are available. If none of the scheduled sessions work for you, let us know your preferred dates and times in the open-response field on the registration form.
