スタッフ募集要項

TEDxKobeでは、コアメンバーとして企画の段階から、2026年10月18日にオルビスホール（六甲アイランド）で開催予定のメインイベントを共に創りあげていただけるボランティアスタッフを募集しています。 TED／TEDxに興味があり、運営に本気で関わってみたい方は、下記募集要項をご確認いただき、説明会応募フォームからぜひご応募ください。多様な関わり方を歓迎しております！

  • 価値あるアイデアを神戸から広げる活動に興味のある方
  • ボランティア、コミュニティ活動に興味のある方

  • 年齢・性別等は問いません
  • 準備・MTG・リハーサル・イベント等はすべて日本語で行います

こんな方歓迎します

  • 年齢や職業・性別・国籍は問いません
  • 神戸市以外にお住まいの方でもOKです。遠方からスタッフとして活動されている方もいらっしゃいます
  • 親子での参加や、お友達との参加も歓迎します
  • 18歳未満の方は、必ず保護者の確認と了承を得ていただきます

コア・一般スタッフ活動予定

  • コアスタッフ：月2回から参加（水曜 20:30〜／オンラインZoom）
  • 一般スタッフ：月1回から参加（水曜 20:30〜／オンラインZoom）

Volunteer Staff Recruitment Guidelines

TEDxKobe is looking for volunteer staff members who would like to help create our main event, scheduled for Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Orbis Hall on Rokko Island in Kobe. We welcome people who are interested in TED, TEDx, community building, or event management, and who would like to be actively involved in creating the event from the planning stage.

Who We Are Looking For

  • People who are interested in sharing valuable ideas from Kobe
  • People who are interested in volunteering, community activities, and event management
  • People who can participate responsibly and sincerely
  • People who are passionate about contributing to the TEDxKobe community
  • People of all ages, genders, occupations, and nationalities are welcome
  • Please note that meetings, shared materials, rehearsals, and event operations are conducted in Japanese

We Especially Welcome

  • People of all ages, occupations, genders, and nationalities
  • People living outside Kobe. Some of our volunteers join us from other areas
  • People who would like to join with family members or friends
  • Applicants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian

Core and General Volunteer Activities

  • Core Volunteers: from twice a month, usually on Wednesdays at 20:30 via Zoom
  • General Volunteers: from once a month, usually on Wednesdays at 20:30 via Zoom

  • Event planning, operations, and public relations
  • Planning and managing activities
  • Guest reception and guidance
  • Supporting speakers as they develop and refine their ideas
  • Partner and sponsorship-related activities
  • Stage setup, venue preparation, and decoration
  • Graphic design
  • Writing articles and copy
  • Web design, including WordPress
  • Social media marketing
  • Creating digital materials, printed materials, and presentation slides
  • Audio and lighting support
  • Photography, video shooting, and editing
  • Translation and interpretation, and more
